About
West Palm AI exists because most businesses want the upside of AI (more output without more payroll) and nobody on their team has the time to run AI infrastructure on top of the day job.
Origin
West Palm AI began as a side project: a contracts team kept asking the same set of questions to the same set of LLMs, and the founder noticed nobody else had written the boring glue code that would let the team just press a button.
So we wrote the glue. Then we wrote the second one. Then someone asked if we could teach the team to write theirs, and the course took shape. Then someone else asked if we could just keep the whole thing running for them. That became the business.
The thesis hasn't changed: most businesses do not need another tool. They need the work draining their week to stop draining it, without inheriting a system to maintain or a hire to justify. So we deploy the AI, and then we run it.
What we believe
Business teams think in workflows, not pipelines. We name things the way you would name them in a meeting with the CFO.
A workflow that runs ugly today beats one that ships polished next quarter. Every deployment starts with the smallest end-to-end loop that closes a real ticket.
The AI work that actually pays for itself is unglamorous: five-line prompts, deterministic glue, careful retries. Ask us what breaks on a Tuesday morning and we will have an answer.
A managed service earns its fee by being invisible. We monitor, patch, update, and answer the support tickets so the AI just works. Your team's job is to use it. Running it is ours.
