Events
Quarterly dinners and workshops for ops leaders running AI inside real companies. Invite-only — RSVP and we'll vet, not gatekeep.
Why we host these
Most AI conversations happen at conferences, on stages, with slides. The interesting ones happen in private — over dinner, after the third question, when nobody is performing.
West Palm AI runs small, in-person rooms for operators putting AI into real workflows. The format is built for honest comparison: what's working, what isn't, what's expensive, what's brittle.
How it works
You ask
Send a short note. Company, what you run, what you're chewing on. Two sentences each.
We look
Goal is ten operators with different problems but the same caliber. Sometimes we say no — that's not personal, it's the room.
You show up
Long table, three courses, structured conversation. No slides, no recording, no LinkedIn posts after.

Who shows up
Heads of ops, COOs, founders running ops themselves — at companies with revenue and workflows that bite.
Operators who have shipped at least one AI workflow into a production team and have battle scars from it.
People who would rather compare notes than pitch.
Vendors looking for buyers. The room turns brittle the moment it's a sales floor.
Engineers without an ops counterpart — the conversation skews technical and loses the operators in it.
Investors mining for deal flow.

We read every note. If your city is full, we'll keep you on the waitlist; if it's not on the list yet, tell us anyway.
Selecting a city locks the form to that event. You can change it before submitting.
