Why we host these
Most AI conversations happen at conferences, on stages, with slides. The interesting ones happen in private — over dinner, after the third question, when nobody is performing.
West Palm AI runs small, in-person rooms for operators putting AI into real workflows. The format is built for honest comparison: what's working, what isn't, what's expensive, what's brittle.
How it works

We look
Goal is ten operators with different problems but the same caliber. Sometimes we say no — that's not personal, it's the room.
