What the monthly fee covers
We start with one operational workflow and a clear business outcome. Process mapping, integration, build, testing, rollout, and training are part of the monthly service, not a separate project. After launch, the same service keeps it running and adds the next workflow when results justify it.
Managed operations covers hosting, monitoring, model and workflow improvements, integration and connector maintenance, expected model usage, usage oversight, and business-hours support.
You provide a process owner, relevant system access and sample data, and someone who can approve the finished workflow.
The proposal states the monthly fee (from $6,000/month), the first workflow, the timeline, and the success metric up front. The first 90 days are the minimum; at day 90 you can leave or continue month to month. An annual agreement is optional and requires an explicit signature.
If your team already uses ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot, we can connect it to your company's systems through a secure connector that respects existing permissions, so answers come from your own data without a new tool to log into.
Security requirements, access controls, and deployment choices are agreed during technical discovery.

Process

A free 45-minute working session about where your team spends its time. You get a one-page written readout of the three highest-yield automation candidates and what we would run first.

We meet with the process owner to understand the inputs, decisions, systems, outputs, and exceptions well enough to commit to a launch date.

We aim to send a proposal within 24–48 hours of scoping, with the outcome, first workflow, timeline, monthly fee, and success metric.

After the agreement, we gather access and sample data, document edge cases, set a baseline, and agree on acceptance criteria.

We test against representative work, pilot with a small group, then deploy and train the people who will use it, within 30 days of signing.

We monitor and support the workflow, report results monthly against the baseline, and use the quarterly review to choose the next workflow.
