For MSPs and IT providers
Managed AI for MSPs.
West Palm AI is the managed AI team behind IT service providers. MSPs refer clients who want AI workflows, or offer our service under their own brand. We scope, build, host, monitor, and support the AI; the MSP keeps the client relationship and the infrastructure it already runs.

The problem
Can an MSP offer managed AI without hiring AI engineers?
Yes. Partner with a managed AI provider that builds and operates the AI work, while you keep the relationship and the infrastructure. That is the role West Palm AI plays.
Clients are already asking their IT provider about AI. Most MSPs do not want to staff the custom build and run work that follows.
AI workflows need ongoing hosting, monitoring, permission mapping, and updates as both the client systems and the AI platforms change. That is managed-service work, billed monthly, the same way you bill.
How it works
What are the two ways to partner?
Referral, where you introduce the client and we contract and deliver, or white-label, where we deliver under your name as part of your AI offering.
Referral
- You introduce a client who wants more from AI than a platform license.
- We assess, scope, build, and run the managed AI service.
- You earn a share of the first-year fees under a simple referral agreement.
- You keep the client relationship, the IT contract, and the infrastructure.
White-label
- We deliver the managed AI service under your brand as part of your AI offering.
- Your clients see one provider; we are the AI team behind it.
- Terms, pricing to the MSP, and support boundaries are set per partner.
What you can sell
What do your clients actually get?
A running AI service, not a strategy deck: workflows built into the systems they already use, operated month to month. The managed service starts at $6,000/month per client.
Connectors that bring the client's own systems into the ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot their staff already use, respecting existing permissions.
Automations for document-heavy work: intake, review, approvals, reporting, and line-of-business data entry.
Hosting, monitoring, model and security updates, and support for everything we deploy.
A monthly value report and a quarterly review the MSP can join.
Responsibilities
Who owns what?
You own the client relationship and the IT environment. We own the AI: scoping, building, operating, and supporting it.
Your MSP
- Client relationship and account management
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, identity, devices, and network
- General IT help desk
West Palm AI
- AI opportunity assessment and workflow scoping
- Building workflows and assistant connectors
- Hosting, monitoring, model updates, and AI support
- Usage and cost oversight, value reports, and quarterly reviews
Existing AI platforms
We already resell an AI platform. Does this compete with it?
No, it is complementary. A platform gives clients seats and a secure place to use AI. We handle the custom work that comes next, such as pulling quotes, invoices, or intake forms into an ERP or CRM, and keep it running.
FAQ
Partner questions
Does West Palm AI compete with MSPs?
No. We do not offer general IT support, help desk, devices, or networking. We only build and operate AI workflows, so partner clients stay with their MSP for everything else.
Who owns the client relationship?
The MSP. In a referral the MSP keeps the IT relationship and we contract only for the AI service; in a white-label arrangement the client sees only the MSP.
What does the managed AI service cost the client?
The service starts at $6,000/month with a 90-day opt-out. See the pricing page for what is included.
How are referral partners paid?
A share of the referred client’s first-year fees, set out in a short referral agreement. We share the specifics on a partner call.
Do you work with MSPs outside Florida?
Yes. West Palm AI is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and partners with MSPs across the United States. Delivery is remote.
How does an MSP get started?
Book a 20-minute partner call. Bring one or two clients who have asked about AI, and we will tell you plainly whether there is a workflow worth building.
